In Italy, shipments are carried out via express courier GLS or DHL, and delivery occurs within 2/6 working days from the moment of shipment, from Monday to Friday, throughout the day, without a fixed time but depending on the delivery organization by the drivers.
Longer times may sometimes be necessary for deliveries to islands; or throughout the national territory during holiday periods or Christmas; or due to events independent of Graziina Trading srl (e.g., strikes or disruptions by couriers, bad weather, etc.).
In the case of "recipient absent on the first attempt," the driver will attempt delivery again for most cases the following day.
For Italy, shipping costs are as follows:
They are free for orders over €50.00
They incur a charge of €7.50 for orders up to €49.99
For European Union Countries, shipping costs, for any order amount, are €15.00. Delivery is expected within 4/9 working days.
For countries outside the European Union, shipping costs will be calculated at the completion of the order.
