Under Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may withdraw from the terms and therefore from the purchase contract, without the need to provide any reason, within 14 days from receiving the products.
Within the specified period, the Customer must communicate their intention to withdraw to Graziina by sending a notification to the email address: shop@graziinatrading.it, indicating their name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, and specifying in detail the order number, article codes.
Within 14 days from the withdrawal, the Customer must return the products at their own expense to the following address:

The Customer will return the products as received: intact, unused, or tampered with, without any signs of dirt or wear; in the same quantity received; inside the original packaging and complete with all accessories and parts (packaging, labels, etc.).
The Customer will prepare suitable packaging that does not damage the product during transport.
The products travel at the Customer's risk.
Failure to comply with the above may render the exercise of the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
Products that have been customized cannot be returned.
The amount will be refunded according to the Consumer Code (Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014), net of transport costs and using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase and in any case no later than 14 days.
Graziina may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.
